Description: Job Responsibilities:
- Creating innovative designs.
- Drafting Patterns (including embroidery and beads-work patterns).
- Ensure the compatibility of the end products with the design vision (supervision of all the phases from cutting to the fine finishing touches)
- Receiving customer orders, and supervising the staff to ensure the accuracy of the design and the measurements, and keeping clear log of the ongoing tasks
- Shop and Staff Management (including taking attendance)
- Products Pricing, and keep tracking the materials cost.
- logging the sales and giving feedback to enhance it.

Requirements: • Experienced; in workshop hot couture and wedding gowns.
• Experienced; in bridal dress
• experience in designing and drowning and tailoring
• Excellent creativity with a good sense of fashion and style.
• Outsourcing of fabric suppliers
• Excellent knowledge on Fashion Trends
• Extensive knowledge in made to measure
• Excellent work and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to details
• Knowledge in tailoring materials
• Know how to handle good services of the clients .
• Strong time-management skills.
