Description: A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of designated areas within a facility by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash bins, and cleaning windows, while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a high standard of hygiene throughout the premises; they may also perform specialized cleaning tasks like carpet shampooing or deep cleaning depending on the requirements of the job.

Requirements: Knowledge, skills and experience required
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
• Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
• Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
• Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
• Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)
