- Cleaners, also known as cleaning technicians, are responsible for keeping homes, offices, hotels, and public areas clean and organized. Their duties can include:
Cleaning: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washing walls, and cleaning ceiling vents
Maintaining: Performing routine inspections and maintenance, and checking water reservoirs
Stocking: Keeping cleaning supplies stocked and ordering new materials and equipment
Removing: Emptying trash bins, disposing of garbage, and scrubbing dirty areas
Special projects: Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and other special projects
Repairing: Fixing lights and pipes
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
