Description
Plans, coordinates and supports all technical and operational aspects of daily completion related activities, including reviewing design and preparation of each well completion program in accordance with local authority regulations, company policies & HSEQ standards.

Develops well engineering technologies from concept to implementation. Produces the completion programs to meet the expected well conditions and ensures well integrity.

Set and manage Lump sum turnkey campaign Scope of Work with all related activities and manage unconventional drilling and testing activities (UBD, MLT, and multi stage frac.

Manage project cost control and rig schedule.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

Prepares Completion Programs. Works closely with other groups to assure the programs are based on all available information from nearby wells

Ensure all programmes are produced in a timely manner to allow adequate time for all approvals.

Progress time and cost charts for the Completion phase.

Participates as completion representative in the Well delivery process (WDP).

Interacts with asset teams during well planning, execution and post-completion review.

Provides rig site technical assistance to Drilling Supervisors and third Party Onshore Completion Engineers during operations.

Trouble shoots operational and technical completion problems.

Follow-up make-up / testing of completion sub-assemblies in coordination with all concerned parties.

Conducts equipment technical evaluation after getting technical submission from vendor in order to select the correct equipment for different applications.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 2)

Maintains close liaison with services companies engineers, and keep abreast of recent developments in the area of well completion technology, equipment, practices, etc.

Conducts studies on adaptability of such technology to ADNOC Onshore operations and makes appropriate recommendations.

Participates in industry organizations such as SPE, API and / or IADC.

Participate in scope of work preparation for the new contracts (completion services, fishing, well testing, well bore clean out, etc.).

Participate in end of well review and prepare presentation to show job sequence, NPT & lessons learned.

Bachelor Degree in an Engineering Discipline, ideally Petroleum or Mechanical. Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
