Description: We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods. The successful candidate will lead warehouse staff and maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and workflow for efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for timely delivery of goods.
• Handle equipment maintenance and ensure proper usage of warehouse machinery.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and operational issues.

Requirements: Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Leadership skills and ability manage staff
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
