Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing a team of sales agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to meet sales targets and quotas
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Experience working in Real Estate in Abu Dhabi Emirate or the United Arab Emirates is mandatory
• Understanding of real estate regulations and laws in Abu Dhabi Emirate or the United Arab Emirates is mandatory
