Description
HR Administration

Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation and HR policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Lead of payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits

Personnel Development
Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs
Support department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs through performance evaluations and regular
feedback processes
Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and
capabilities
Support career development planning and succession planning initiatives within the organization

Employee Engagement
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and create a positive work environment
Promote employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions
Requirements
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Proficient in using HR systems and software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in HR-related tasks.
