Description
Account managers act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They may assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience. Completely free trial, no card required.
Requirements
Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&Ls and forecasting. Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.

Detail-oriented, organized and very flexible with working extended hours
Energetic with a positive attitude
Degree in Hospitality management
Minimum 4 years hotel leadership experience, including Guest Service Supervisory/Management experience
Leadership skills
Personal interaction skills
Understanding of Cost Controlling
Experienced in Interviewing and hiring, disciplinary action, coaching, counselling
Proficient in Windows - Word, Excel, Experience in Property Management Softwares, Revenue Management Systems desired.
Language: fluent in English (essential); plus, any of the following, Arabic Chinese, Russian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese (preferred)
