Planning and organizing
Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating operations
Budgeting
Controlling a budget and finances, preparing budgets, and monitoring revenues and expenses

- Education: Graduate
Experience: 3-4 yrs
Good command of spoken English, Hindi, Tamil & Malayalam
Basic knowledge of MS office
Strong yet polite communication in order to ensure strict disciplinary moves
Self-disciplined
Basic knowledge of tackling various emergency situations including fire fighting techniques
