Description
1. Coordinating with the Purchasing Dept. regarding the incoming / outgoing items from the suppliers.
2. Preparing weekly clearance. (Coordinating with Accts. Dept.)
3. Ensure that all the documents are complete before clearing the items to avoid penalties.
4. Checking emails (outlook) on a regular basis, if there are requests that need to be done.

5. Liaising with the Hamriyah Custom Dept. in clearing Bill of entry from Overseas Suppliers.
6. Coordinating with the respective dept. (e.g. Purchasing Dept, Operation & Repair Div.) regarding the outgoing and incoming items for repairs (e.g. spare parts and machineries)
7. Coordinating with the AOS Agency regarding Vessel Cargo Manifest.
8. Filing and keeping records of all the import documents.

Requirements
Experience: 3 years minimum
