Description
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven previous experience in HR and Administrative role
Candidate must have at least 4 years of UAE experience
Excellent organizational skills, highly computer literate with capability in email, MS office and related business and communication tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Excellent organization and time management skills, meticulous attention to details.
Exposure to HR functions and UAE labor law.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests & attend in a timely manner
• Oversee and prepare letters requests such as No Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates, Bank Letters, Employee Certificates, etc.
• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees records.
• Maintain records of personnel-related annual leaves, sick leave etc
• Liaise with PRO for new visa, renewal of visa, labour card & Trade license.
• Handling all types of insurance (medical, group life & liability)
• Follow with accounts department for EOS
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. Handle employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues.
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Support other functions as assigned
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Should be an expert and has hands on experience in Immigration, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE and all visa and work permit process by coordinating with PROs
• Support the department of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Being on the toes at all times and deliver results and outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR or Admin Assistant
Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in oral and written English
Customer service attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge in Visa processing and HAAD Licensing
