Description: Evaluate: Assess the patients speech, language, or swallowing difficulty
Plan: Develop an individualized treatment plan to address the patients specific needs
Treat: Provide therapy to help the patient improve their speech, language, and swallowing
Educate: Teach the patient and their family how to cope with communication and swallowing disorders
Monitor: Regularly monitor the patients progress through formal assessments or informal observations
Collaborate: Work with other professionals to improve communication abilities

Requirements: Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy
• DHA license
• Proven experience in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
