- Board Certification (ABIM) – Infectious Dieases;
DEA certificate;
BC in Internal Medicine;
CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure;
Fellowship trained in Infectious Diseases;
Active Washington Medical License;
BC/BE in Infectious Diseases;
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease;
Excellent Skill Set Infectious Disease;
