Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint injuries, and degenerative disorders.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures such as joint replacements, arthroscopies, fracture repairs, and corrective surgeries.
• Recommend and manage non-surgical treatments when appropriate.
• Interpret imaging and diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans).
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, monitoring recovery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, primary care providers, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
4 to 7 years’ internship and residency training, specializing in orthopedic surgery.
Successful completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or the Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination of the United States (COMLEX-USA).
Certification by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in orthopedic surgery and/or a subspecialty, such as sports medicine, reconstructive surgery, trauma, or pediatrics.
Valid and active medical license in the state you wish to practice.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.
