Description: Occupational therapists should be able to do the initial OT assessment and detailed evaluation independently.
They should be able to set up and develop the detailed individualized education plan in collaboration with another specialist if needed.
They should be able to develop occupational therapy goals and decide appropriate activities to achieve the goal.
Treatment plans should be focused on improving the patients cognitive skills, fine motor skills, handwriting skills, strength, and homemaking skills.
They should work with senior occupational therapists or occupational therapist supervisors, verify the treatment results, and modify the treatment goals and activities if required.
They should maintain daily treatment progress and report to their supervisor.
should conduct initial screening interviews whenever new occupational job vacancies arise.
They should maintain professional knowledge by participating in professional development workshops.
They should support parents by providing activities to practice at home.
They should prepare the necessary reports for the insurance providers.

Requirements: Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:

Master s Degree in Occupational therapy (MOT) / Bachelor s degree in occupational therapy (BOT)
Minimum 1 year experience for junior occupational therapists
Minimum 5 years experience for senior occupational therapists
DHA License/ Eligibility letter (NOT MANDATORY).
Basic computer literacy
Should have good interpersonal skills.
