Responsibilities:
1. Medical Advocacy: Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their families.
2. Care Coordination: Assuring clients needs are addressed.
3. Health Education: Provide clients and their families with accurate and understandable health information.
4. Client Support and Assistance: Offer emotional and practical support to clients and their families, helping them navigate complex healthcare systems.
5. Ethical Decision-making: Ensuring adherence to ethical principles and standards of care.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions.

Requirements: Bachelor degree or master degree in nursing.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff.
Basic computer skills.
Professional, friendly attitude.
Experience in home health care.
Experience in emergency room or intensive care.
