Description: We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated registered nurse to join a dynamic team and grow with this innovative practice.

Nurses are responsible for supporting as well as assessing patients separately to guide their needs and delivering treatments suitable to their experience.

Requirements: Ability to work autonomously and exercise independent professional and clinical judgement
Foster and develop a working environment which actively promotes a high performing culture which includes a sound value of trust and respect for consumers, carers and other stakeholders
Sets and models high standards of performance and positivity for self and others
Well-developed computer skills including the use of electronic medical records systems, MS Word, Excel and web-based research
Strong leadership skills and ability to take the initiative in resolving issues/problems
Demonstrated capability to critically think and respond to clinical changes
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a complex environment
Demonstrated professional/positive behavior as well as cultural sensitivity and respect
Demonstrated willingness to work positively within a team to achieve team goals and the provision of excellence in care/service delivery
Demonstrates and practices effective verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills and actively develops good listening skills
Demonstrated ability in assessing, planning and implementing preventative care approaches to health care
Strong leadership and management skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
