Description
Manipulating spreadsheets
Uploading data into the claims system
Determining claims based on multiple criterions
Assisting in special project work
Supporting administrative functions
Helping to continually improve business processes and finding workflow efficiencies
Assign new claims to the appropriate claims examiner based on pre-determined criteria
Monitor and report new claim inventory levels
Respond to all e-mail and phone inquiries within 24 hours
Handle various administrative functions
Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Secondary certificate
Continually builds on existing knowledge base and shares knowledge and expertise to increase team capabilities
A minimum of 3 years of claims administration experience in financial services industry or similar environment(superannuation, investments, pensions, tax) is a MUST
Establish excellent relationship with claim organization
Maintain high levels of customer service with internal and external customers
You will be responsible for the daily production of value date differences reports to detect debit interest generated on Nostri or collection accounts
