Description: Evaluating the hearing needs of patients through various diagnostic tests
Discussing hearing loss problems with patients and recommending solutions
Fitting and tuning hearing aids based on patients’ hearing loss severity and their individual needs
Teaching patients how to use and maintain their hearing aids effectively
Performing regular follow-ups with patients to ensure their hearing aids are functioning properly
Repairing damaged or malfunctioning hearing aids
Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology
Documenting patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in audiology or electronics is a plus.
Experience working with hearing aids or similar devices is preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate devices.
Empathy and patience when working with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
