Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Hearing Aid Technician to join our audiology team. As a Hearing Aid Technician, you will be responsible for assisting audiologists in the fitting, maintenance, and repair of hearing aids and related devices. This role requires a strong understanding of hearing aid technology, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments. In this position, you will work closely with patients to ensure their hearing aids are functioning properly and are tailored to their specific needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and educating patients on the proper use and care of their devices.

Responsibilities:

Assist audiologists in fitting and programming hearing aids
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hearing devices
Educate patients on hearing aid use and care
Conduct hearing aid performance checks and diagnostics
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Order and manage hearing aid parts and supplies

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Certification as a Hearing Aid Technician or similar qualification.
Experience working with hearing aids and related devices.
Strong technical skills and proficiency with hearing aid software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
