Description: A Hearing Aid Technician, also called an Audiology Technician or Hearing Aid Specialist, is responsible for fitting, adjusting, and repairing hearing aids, conducting basic hearing tests, educating patients on proper use and care of their devices, and maintaining accurate patient records, all under the supervision of an Audiologist; essentially playing a key role in helping individuals with hearing loss manage their needs through hearing aid technology.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in audiology or electronics is a plus.
Experience working with hearing aids or similar devices is preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate devices.
Empathy and patience when working with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
