- Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and comfort for clients. Provide detailed instructions to clients on how to properly use and maintain their hearing aids. Perform regular follow-ups with clients to monitor their progress and address any concerns or issues with their hearing aids.
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Certification as a Hearing Aid Technician or similar qualification.
Experience working with hearing aids and related devices.
Strong technical skills and proficiency with hearing aid software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
