Description: Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use
various items of medical equipment and office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Clinical
Manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Incumbent must also be able to
assist patients in transferring from a wheel chair to an exam room chair, when necessary

Requirements: The minimum qualifications for an ENT physician assistant include a master’s degree in a physician assistant program. After graduation, you have to obtain your physician assistant license. All US states require licensure for you to practice. The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants is the organization that administers the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination. To maintain your physician’s assistant license, you must do 100 hours of continuing education every two years. Once you complete your degree and obtain your license, you can choose to pursue additional education to specialize as an ENT. Strong communication skills are also essential.
