Description: As a Dermatology Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dermatological care to patients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, performing minor surgical procedures, and collaborating closely with a team of dermatologists to deliver high-quality patient care.

Dermatology Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

-Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose various dermatological conditions, including but not limited to acne, psoriasis, eczema, skin cancer, and dermatitis.
-Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, which may include prescribing medications, recommending skincare regimens, or performing procedures like biopsies, excisions, and laser therapy.

Requirements: Diploma for medical assistants
All courses in medical assisting involve a minimum of 160 hours of unpaid clinical externship under direct supervision to learn about the practical technicalities of the field.
