- Fabrication of Dental Prosthetics: Create and repair dental devices such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances based on impressions and specifications provided by dentists.
Model Creation: Make accurate models of patients mouths using dental impressions to ensure a proper fit for the prosthetics.
Use of Tools and Equipment: Operate various dental lab tools and equipment, including casting machines, wax knives, and CAD/CAM technology, to produce high-quality dental appliances.
Quality Control: Ensure that all dental appliances are comfortable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing, adhering to industry standards and specifications.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dental lab work and update lab equipment as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with dentists and other dental professionals to understand their requirements and ensure the final products meet patient needs.
