- We are looking for a Dental Nurse to join our practise and assist our dentists in carrying out oral procedures. In the Dental Nurse role, you will great patients, prepare the treatment area, hand tools to the dentist during operations, dispose of materials according to health and safety regulations and coordinate between dentists and dental staff. The ideal candidate will have a dental nurse qualification, a friendly manner, and a caring disposition.
Dental Nurse Duties:
-Assisting the dentists and hygienists.
-Maintaining high standards in health and safety.
-Preparing tools and equipment ahead of treatment.
-Greeting customers and managing appointments.
-Monitoring stock levels.
-Coordinating between the practise and laboratories.
- Requirements
- Qualified Dental Nurse with a valid registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
High standard of infection control and hygiene practices.
Experience with dental software and computer literacy.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
