Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and assist in maintaining patients overall dental health.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth.
Take and develop dental X-rays.
Conduct oral health assessments and identify potential issues like cavities or gum disease.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
Assist in documenting patient history and maintaining accurate dental records.
Sterilize and prepare dental instruments for procedures.
Work closely with the dentist to develop treatment plans and provide patient care.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent.
Valid dental hygienist license as per state or local regulations.
Strong knowledge of oral health practices and dental procedures.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Associate’s degree from an accredited hygiene program.
State hygiene license.
Current CPR certificate.
Current on Hepatitis B vaccination.
Ability to administer local anesthetic agents.
Able to use an x-ray machine.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
