- A Chemist is responsible for conducting chemical experiments, analyzing substances, and interpreting test results. This role involves utilizing various laboratory techniques, instruments, and methodologies to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis. The Chemist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Perform chemical tests, experiments, and analyses using standard laboratory procedures.
• Prepare samples, solutions, and reagents for analysis.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring their accuracy and performance.
• Analyze and interpret test results, compile data, and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new testing methods and improve existing processes.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Maintain and organize laboratory inventory and supplies.

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, conducting chemical tests and analyses.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instruments, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using computer software and applications relevant to chemical analysis.
