Candidates who have only an Interior Designing background and Immediate joiners will be preferred.
We are looking for an Interior Designer, experienced in residential, commercial, F&B, hospitality, and villa projects.
Develops interiors concepts based on client vision, desire, and architectural concept
Develop concept design and space planning
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
Works with the manager, Interior designer, and architectural team in the selection and specification of interior finishes, furniture, and art for projects.
Proficient in Auto Cad, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
Prepares detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes
Maintains extensive knowledge of products and materials specific to Healthcare
Collaborates with the Manager on cost estimates for design proposals
Assists in Interior Design Project Management
Requirements:
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations
Proficient in Auto Cad, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
Candidate should a Bachelor’s or diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years’ Interior Designing experience and should be evidenced by a strong portfolio
Candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Home country can also apply but should be present in UAE for F2F interview.

- -Must have proven experience as an INTERIOR DESIGNER minimum working years -3-
-Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following; Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, Multimedia or any related field
-Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic
-Project Management Experience
-Proficient in ADOBE PROGRAMS as well as MICROSOFT OFFICE
-Proficient in using 3DStudioMax/Vray/Corona/AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animation, SketchUp, InDesign, Revit Architecture,
-Excellent communication skills especially in regards to communicating an artistic vision
-Must have knowledge and experience in computational design
Must be knowledgeable in doing the following:
Architectural Design,
Space Planning and Detailing,
Architectural Interior Design,
Sustainable Design,
Interior Refurbishment,
Modern & Contemporary Architecture.
