Description: Ability to review drawings and specifications to extract the complete scope of works.
Analyzes and reviews tender documents, pricing every detail of each item from labour, material, and equipment cost to provide unit rate.
Maintain and negotiate the best possible pricing from the suppliers.
Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with a defined scope of work.
Meet tender closing deadlines under tight schedules.
Support technically in the review of design packages and drawings.
Responsible for taking off the quantities and preparing the bill of quantities.
Assist project management and contracting personnel with bid analysis and contract negotiations.
Preparing variation orders with appropriate supporting documents. Keeping track of the latest developments in estimating procedures, reviewing the same by maintaining relationships with contractors, visiting the site location, and meeting other professionals involved in the estimating process.
Collaborating with the various organizations for determining the exact scope of work required in estimating reports, reviewing and discussing the same with organizational heads for specific approaches towards cost containment.

Requirements: Experience: at least 1 year; Bachelor Degree is an advantage; UAE driving license is an advantage
