- Fit-Out Foreman
Requirements & Responsibilities:
*Minimum 4 years of experience in Gypsum/Partition/ Painting/Marbles etc
*Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including labour force, quality control and coordination with clients and management
*Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
*Manage and control the site for daily working on construction projects to ensure safety Plan sequence of work and plan for construction work.
*Make sure unused materials are accounted Coordinate with logistics to schedule delivery of needed materials and labor requests.
*Make sure the project proceeds in a timely manner according to the work plans.
*Make sure quality and speed remain paramount to the success of all the projects.
*Handle tools and materials inventory for each project.
*Monitor project expenditures, determine variances and implement corrective actions to meet the budget.
*Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
*Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
*Responsible for all joinery fit outs
*Supervise the team
- Requirements
- Experience: 2 - 3 years
- Experience in UAE is an advantage
- Bachelor Degree is an advantage
- English is an advantage
- UAE driving license required
- European preferred
- Male preferred
