Description
YOU MUST HAVE
- Previous 1-3 Years Experience in Supervising/ Managing Indian Restaurant
- Experience with managing food aggregators like Zomato, Delivero, Talabat etc
- Must speak Hindi and English (reads English)
- Experience with catering, outdoor sales promotion.
-Must have knowledge of Business Development strategies
- Experience in managing daily and monthly accounts & billing
-Experience in purchasing, inventory management, Cost to sales ratio analysis, Setting menu and inventory controls
- Cooking experience is an advantage
-Pleasing manners and impeccable service experience in hospitality and cash handling
- Available to start now on a Full-time basis

Requirements
Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
-Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
-Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times
-Handle paperwork and other administrative duties
-Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
-Manage the budget and keep relevant statistical and financial records
-Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
-Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees
