- Occupational therapists help people, such as those with disabilities, live independently. Occupational therapists evaluate and treat people who have injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. They help clients meet goals to develop, recover, improve, and maintain skills needed for daily living and working.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Requirements
- A bachelors degree in occupational therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education) or AOTA (American -Occupational Therapy Association).
Certified by the National Board for Certification.
Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
