- The payroll clerk position is accountable for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a periodic payroll, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees.
Principal Accountabilities: Collect and summarize timekeeping information.
- Requirements
- What we’re looking for:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or related field;
• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager;
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and labour laws;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools;
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software;
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems.
