Description: 1. Install, inspect, maintain and repair chilled water and direct expansion air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilating systems, equipment and controls, including FCUs, AHUs, pilots, relays, coils, thermostats, heating and condensate piping, valves, compressors, evaporators, fans, dampers, vents, blowers, pumps, motors, switches, gauges and traps together with the connecting of ductwork, refrigerant lines and electric power supplies.
Perform regular predictive and breakdown maintenance work.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions and rectify.
Make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors, etc.

Requirements: 8-12 years similar work experience in UAE in reputed Electro-Mechanical companies in UAE.
Experience in high-rise buildings / tower projects preferred.
