Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders. Your expertise in evidence-based practices will help foster a supportive environment that prioritizes the mental well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop accurate diagnostic assessments.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.
Provide psychotherapy and medication management, continuously monitoring patient progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families about psychiatric conditions, treatment approaches, and coping strategies.
Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards in all aspects of patient care.
Participate in training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements: Experience: 3 years; Masters degree; Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification in Psychiatry
A valid and unrestricted state medical license to practice
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist
Comprehensive knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment options
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
