- Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts regularly.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and payable.
Support payroll processing and staff expense reimbursements.
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
Assist auditors by providing necessary documents and explanations during audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Requirements
- Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with training will be considered).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
