Description
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Assist in monthly reconciliations of accounts.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Liaise with vendors and clients regarding account inquiries.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
Support HR with onboarding and employee record management.
Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
