- Job Description of HVAC
• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork.
• Work with building principals and engineer to complete projects
• Interpreting sketches, plans, drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities.
Safety
• Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
• Ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions immediately
