- Job Qualifications and Experience:
*At least 3 - 4 years of experience supervising engineering related works.
*Good communication and leadership skills.
*Strong knowledge of building and construction methods.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Outstanding supervisory and project managements skills.
*Excellent planning and coordination skills.
