Job Description:
Set up meetings with clients/consultants/contractors and developers to understand the requirements and deliver appropriate presentations on brands.
Build a network and specify products with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers.
Design and implement competitive differentiation, forecasting & analysis of potential business opportunities, the opening of new markets, negotiating, and closing.
Play an active role in increase of share through market penetration in business through new consumers
Overall responsible and accountable for exceeding the sales yearly and monthly targets, including profitability enhancement.
Assist customers in making product selection based on their requirement and product specification.
Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers
Possess high level of presentation skills to customers
Drive sales and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales target.
Track and keep record of all sales order and report accurate figures.
Resolve all queries received with full customer satisfaction.
Attending meetings with the clients along with the project execution and maintaining minutes
Ensuring that all the documents related to presales are done accurately and precisely
The Ideal candidate must have:
Track record in dealing and specifying & approving products with Contractors, Consultants & Developers (and distributors) here in the UAE market.
Minimum 5 years experience in Passive Fire Protection - MEP.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven sales record in Project Sales.
Proven track record on consultative selling skills

- Requirements
- 1. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, Arabic a plus
2. Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office Package);
3. Experience in sales of artworks/luxury goods is preferred;
4. Strong sales and communication skills;
5. Able to work under pressure. Responsible, outgoing, and energetic with team spirit.
