This position is a commission base only.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients and understanding their criteria.

Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledgeable of Dubai real estate market and best practices
Experienced and Fresh Real Estate Agents
Well-presented, and mannered
Holder of valid UAE driving license

- •Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred)
•with REAL ESTATE Broker Card (preferred)
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
•Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
•Familiarity with the local real estate market and neighborhoods
•Proficient in using real estate CRM software and online listing platforms
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
