- • Coordinate with delivery order setters.
• Display excellent conversation skills and selling techniques at all times.
• Responsible to take orders via telephone and ensure correct posting in POS system for communication to the service and production department.
• Be knowledgeable of all products offered by the company.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all items offered by the company.
• Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items
• Monitor operating supplies, and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
• Handle customer enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report customers complaints and feedback to supervisors.
- Requirements
- Knowledge of medical terminology required and knowledge of human anatomy and physiology preferred.
Good typing skills with accuracy
Knowledge of official coding rules/regulations and DRG assignment
Knowledge of applicable transaction codes, ICD-10, CPT and E&M level of coding guidelines.
