Description: WE are looking for young and proactive, experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations for newly opening outlets.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of industry experience, including supervisory roles, and is reliable and trustworthy.You will be Responsible for all Inaugural campaigns, promotions, business development ,set up and staffing. be responsible for tracking inventory and ordering supplies, managing daily preparation of menu items, scheduling staff to ensure there is sufficient coverage during each shift, and monitoring the flow of business during each meal service. At the close of each meal, you will reconcile receipts, cash intake, and lock up cash

Requirements: Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
