- Lead and manage project teams consisting of SMEs, Architects and Technical resources
Ensure that appropriate resources have been assigned to the project
Review project guidelines with the team
Ensure clarity of roles by defining each team member
Create and track a project plan and task break down (or product backlog and sprint burn down for Scrum)
- Requirements
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management within the healthcare industry, including successful project completion.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
