Description
Managing day-to-day operations: Ensuring that the hotel operates smoothly and meets customer expectations
Providing customer service: Greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving complaints
Developing and promoting services: Creating and promoting hotel services and amenities
Setting standards: Establishing customer service standards and ensuring staff understand them
Evaluating performance: Assessing the performance of front-office staff
Training staff: Ensuring staff are trained in customer service and other areas
Analyzing market rates: Monitoring market rates and taking action to ensure the hotel remains competitive
Ensuring compliance: Ensuring the hotel complies with relevant legislation, such as health and safety, fire, and accessibility
Requirements
Experience: 3 years minimum
