Description
Customer relationships: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
Sales targets: Achieving sales targets and developing new business from existing clients
Account management: Managing a portfolio of accounts, including overseeing account representatives
Collaboration: Working with the sales and business development teams to achieve quotas
Communication: Communicating with customers, upper management, and internal teams
Reporting: Preparing status reports on accounts and making regular reports on sales performance
Project management: Leading project management activities and ensuring the account team takes the necessary actions
Negotiations: Participating in negotiations or contract discussions
Problem-solving: Solving problems and providing effective solutions to disputes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
More education or experience may be preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
