- Description
- • Coordinate driver schedules, delivery plans, and vehicle assignments.
• Assist with the tracking and follow-up of shipments, deliveries, and collections.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, vehicle logs, and fuel usage.
• Liaise with suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Follow up on dispatch, loading/unloading, and stock movement across sites if required. Provide administrative assistance to the logistics and operations teams. Maintain filing systems, records, reports, and documentation (both physical and digital). Ensure logistics operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support in maintaining vehicle insurance, registration, and service records.
• Assist in coordinating repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep of fleet vehicles and office equipment.
- Requirements
- Experience: 3 years minimum
- Bachelor Degree required
- Good English required
- Male preferred
