Description
Maintaining personnel records: Keeping employee information and documentation up to date in the HR database
Handling HR queries: Advising on HR policies and procedures in response to employee questions
Creating guidelines: Developing FAQ documents and training materials about company policies
Preparing reports: Gathering payroll data and preparing HR-related reports
Publishing job ads: Scheduling interviews and posting job ads
Responding to employee inquiries: Answering questions about benefits and other HR-related topics

Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR and Admin field.
