- Develop and Deliver Training Programs:
Create and deliver training content for new and existing employees on food and beverage service, hygiene, safety, and other relevant topics.
Supervise and Support Staff:
Oversee the work of food and beverage staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high standards of service and performance.
Ensure Compliance:
Ensure that all food and beverage operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as relevant legislation.
Maintain Service Standards:
Monitor and maintain consistent service standards across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Training and Development:
Conduct training needs assessments, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions on various topics, including food safety, customer service, and product knowledge.
Inventory and Stock Management:
May be involved in managing inventory, stock control, and ordering of food and beverage items.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other departments, such as the kitchen and sales teams, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
